What will you do:

• Diagnose, service, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
• Customer Service Satisfaction
• Attend training classes.

What YOU will bring:

• 3+ Years HVAC Service Technician Experience
• Residential Experience
• HVAC degree
• Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes.
• Recommend products and services for optimal system performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems and equipment.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.

Pay Transparency:

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $75k-$100K+ annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
